Anchovy Fillets
The Arbi Anchovy Fillets are our tribute to a flavour that tastes like home, a flavour that is one of the basics of Italian cuisine, a flavour that we all love. Very few ingredients for a dish that does not need additions or condiments: it is absolute deliciousness, free from preservatives, food colourings or additives.
The delicate wheat-based breading preserves and enhances the taste, protecting with a slight crunch the heart of the flavour: Mediterranean anchovies.
Method
IN THE OVEN
Put the frozen product on a baking tray taking care not to overlap the anchovy fillets and cook in pre-heated oven for about 12-15 minutes at 220° C. If desired, add salt and serve with lemon slices.
PAN FRIED
Dip the frozen ingredients into hot oil (specific frying oil is recommended). Cook for 2-3 minutes, turning them occasionally, until golden brown. Drain and put on absorbent paper to eliminate excess oil. If desired, add salt and serve with lemon slices.
